Scope:

Research in post-silicon electronics is moving toward to cheaper, and more versatile , flexible, functional and/or efficient organic and molecules materials applicable to electronic devices. This symposium session covers various aspect of materials research related to organic and molecular electronics. The applications extend to such fields as transistors, displays, photovoltaics, optical devices, energy devices, sensors, and bioelectronics etc. The topics related to basic physics and chemistry, material development, thin film process technologies, devices and applications are covered in this symposium.
